A great deal is written about the most important things in business. An all too familiar mantra is that the money is in the list. Yes and no. The money is in the relationship that you create with your list.  However,  if one has no list, there will be no relationship – and therefore, no business transactions.

This site will be providing information on:

where and how to find leads for your home-based business.

Most of the sources are free, but there will be some paid training resources here as well. The idea is to not have to reinvent the wheel  as you begin to create a sustainable business.

In addition, there will be specific sales training, based on the viewpoint of customers and what they find important in world-class salespeople. It’s probably  not what you have been taught to think.

Amazon has thousands of titles about selling – but pretty much all of them are not about what customers want in a salesperson.  The old “closing” techniques do not work with today’s buyers.  People do not like to be “sold”,  and as you obtain leads for your business, it is important to learn what to do with them once you get them.

Isn’t it about time to hear what the looking customer or potential customer is really for? What do you look for when you go to buy something that needs more help than someone to ring up your order?

The idea of people looking for what you’re  offering instead of being chased, that’s what spawned Attraction Marketing.

Where do lists come from?

When most people begin an at home business, one of the first things they are asked to do is to write down all the people they know, including friends, family and acquaintances who may have an interest in the business.  Experience shows that that system can be effective, but it is very difficult and slow moving, for the most part.

Using Attraction Marketing as a model for finding good leads, you will find greater success than the older systems. However, if you already are involved in building a network marketing or online marketing business, my advice would be to not throw out your current campaigns, but instead incorporate the new as you go.

Welcome and let’s get started!
